Purpose:
Mari Fridenmaker wanted to illustrate the importance of warming-up to maximize performance. This video had to be clear, illustrative, cross platform for access in the field, and efficient. Having known Mari for a few years I also wanted to capture her excellent personality, passion for the sport, and great coaching ability. Additionally, we wanted to develop an template for other illustrative videos to be developed at a later date.
My Role in the Project:
- Video and audio capture with the Nikon D800 and D7000 cameras
- Video and audio editing in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Created upper and lower third graphics
- Collaborated with Mari Fridenmaker throughout the project
